1. Scope and developer
This policy concerns CurveForge, a product of ThinkBlox PH operated by Juan Carlos Claridad in the Philippines. It is distinct from the ThinkBlox PH website policy and from other products' policies.
2. Data accessed or handled
- Launch configuration, token or curve parameters, and strategy prompts or other details that users enter into the web interface.
- If the live application connects a wallet, wallet public addresses, transaction approval flows, and related public blockchain records may be involved. Exact behavior requires verification.
3. Data collected or stored
- The application provides simulations and AI-assisted launch strategy features. Whether entered prompts, simulation results, wallet information or usage diagnostics are stored by the site or transmitted to a provider requires review of the live implementation.
- Web-hosting infrastructure may process IP addresses and request metadata for security and delivery; exact providers, cookies and retention need confirmation.
4. Purposes
- To configure and simulate bonding curves, explore token-launch strategies, and support any deployment actions a user initiates.
- To produce AI-assisted strategy output where the user invokes an AI feature; the provider and transmitted data need to be identified from the deployed code.
5. Sharing and recipients
- AI service recipients and payloads are not yet verified and must be documented before final publication.
- If users submit onchain transactions, the relevant transaction details and wallet addresses can become public on Solana; blockchain records generally cannot be erased.
- Hosting and analytics service recipients must be identified from the deployed configuration.
6. External services
- Solana network / Meteora DBC: Onchain bonding-curve and token-launch infrastructure when deployments are performed; any actual transaction requires verification.
7. Device or browser permissions
- This web app does not have an Android permission manifest. Browser wallet authorization, storage, cookies and any requested browser permissions require verification in the live application.
8. Security
Security controls for API calls, session data, wallet handling and hosting have not yet been audited. Users should independently review all blockchain transactions before approval.
9. Retention
The retention of strategy inputs, generated output, wallet-related data and technical logs has not yet been verified. Submitted public blockchain records may remain permanently accessible.
10. Deletion and account controls
Any implemented removal of saved strategies, sessions, or account information must be confirmed. Contact the developer below for privacy inquiries; this is not a claim that all onchain records can be deleted.

11. Children and age-related privacy
CurveForge concerns blockchain token-launch tooling. Intended audience, age limits and controls must be verified before this notice is finalized.
12. International data handling
Hosting, AI and blockchain services may handle technical or submitted information in multiple countries. Actual processors and locations require a production configuration review.
Policy updates
This notice may change after implementation reviews or product updates. The updated date will be revised when the disclosed practices change. Android app policies must agree with their current Google Play Data safety disclosures.
